The United States Embassy in the Dominican Republic announced that Ambassador James W. Brewster concluded his mission today, January 20th, after three years of service.
To date, the Department of State has not appointed an ambassador to the Dominican Republic in his stead. During the transition period before a new ambassador is appointed to the country, Mr. Patrick Dunn, Deputy Chief of Mission will assume the functions of Charge d’ Affairs and lead the diplomatic mission.
