Notarial services will be offered by appointment only.  More information on notarial services can be found here.

Emergency passport appointments for citizens with immediate travel plans to the U.S remain available. Please send an email to SDOAmericans@state.gov to request an emergency appointment. A full list of requirements can be found here: https://do.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/passports/

Welcome to the U.S. Citizens Services (ACS) Unit of the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo. The ACS Unit provides a wide range of services to U.S. Citizens visiting or residing in the Dominican Republic. Please use the links below to find further information on our services. Please note that many of our services require an advance appointment. All U.S. Citizen Services with the exception of adults over 18 applying for their first passport are provided at the Consular Agencies in Punta Cana and Puerto Plata. The U.S. Embassy and the Consular Agencies are closed on all Dominican and U.S. holidays.
