In order to serve as many applicants as possible on a daily basis, the Consular Section will no longer scan and upload documents to the https://ceac.state.gov/iv/login.aspx portal for you. If you show up for your interview without having previously scanned and uploaded your documents, your appointment will be rescheduled for another date, which will cause delays in your application.
