Most immigrant visa cases, from 2020 onwards, are electronic, and their required documents must be scanned and uploaded through https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/. To upload the required documents, in your case, you must press “Documents,” and then select the little tab corresponding to the type of documentation: Affidavit of Support or Civil Documents. The documents must be uploaded from the browser and press the “Upload” button. Finally, you must click on “Submit Documents.” This must be repeated with all the required documents. To confirm that all documents have been sent, the statuses of the documents must be submitted. Each document must be scanned as a separate file, but multi-page documents (including draft and withdrawal) should be in as a single file. For older cases, paper documents should be sent through Mail Boxes, Etc.
