Unfortunately, we frequently find applicants who have incomplete application forms because another person filled it out for them without answering all required questions and/or omitting basic information. When you electronically sign your application form, you are certifying that all the information on it is true and correct. Falsifying or omitting any information may result in a visa denial. Your application is your responsibility. Regardless of who may have filled out the DS-160, carefully review all information on the application before signing it. Include your biographic information, previous travel, any legal processes, and list any family members in the United States. Do not hide anything in your application, you will have the chance to explain it at your interview. Help us evaluate your application completely and objectively
