USCIS in the Dominican Republic

The USCIS Santo Domingo Field office is responsible for the adjudicating and processing of numerous applications, petitions and documents of all immigration related benefits according to the Law.  Although there are numerous ways to immigrate to the United States, the most common types of immigrant visas issued in our area of jurisdiction and primarily in the Dominican Republic are those designed to provide family reunification.

This Office has jurisdiction over immigration benefits and eligibility activities for the following countries:   Anguilla, Aruba, Barbados, Bahamas, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curacao Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad &Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands and U.S. Guantanamo Bay Naval Base (Cuba).
