Avoid travel delays this holiday season!

Ready to travel? We remind you to verify the expiration date on your U.S. passport.  Although the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has authorized U.S. citizens to use passports that expired after January 1 2020 to enter the United States until December 31, 2021, individual airlines have ultimate discretion over who may board their flights.  In addition, some foreign countries require at least six months of passport validity for entry.  Avoid delays during your holiday travels, and renew your passport ahead of time! Most adults qualify to renew through the mail without needing an appointment at the Embassy.  It’s that simple!  For more information visit: https://do.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/passports/renew-a-10-year-valid-passport-by-mail/
